Hi There! Im Dr. Alexis West and im from Southern Oregon, a veteran, athlete, dog mom, and proudly queer. These days you'll find me golfing, traveling, or watching live music. I started True West Chiro because I wanted chiropractic care to feel more personal, intentional, and accessible. My philosophy is simple: I believe the body is capable of far more healing than we're often led to believe. My job isn't to "fix" you, it's to support your body, nervous system, and movement so you can function at your best.
